The staff is efficient and helpful. Even in this Covid world they took good care of both my dog and I. They kept me informed of where they were in the exam and the test results in a timely manner. I highly recommend Coffee Road Animal Hospital.

My little companion was ill and the staff worked him in right away. All the staff were friendly and very professional. The doctor called me with all the findings since I was waiting in the car due to COVID. He continued to have problems and the staff ensured that my concerns were addressed. I felt that they were very caring

Just adopted a rescue dog, unfortunately my regular Vet couldn’t check her out. Coffee Road however was able to see her. In view of the COVID 19 restrictions and the 100 degree weather, even though it took a little longer, the staff and doctor were very courteous and efficient. By the number of other clients there, I assume they were slammed that day. I did have to travel across town for my appointment, but would definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone living in the North West side of Bakersfield
