We went in on Tuesday but had an appointment for June 25th. My cat hasn’t eaten since Saturday and can’t go to the bathroom for days and we told the woman at the desk that he’s bleeding from his private area and the woman didn’t care. Didn’t care that my cat was bleeding and was in pain. She never told us that they had no vet available and sent us away. Never ever recommend coming here. They were so unhelpful and even though we had to go an emergency vet place, not sure how well my cat will recover.

We want to give your pet the best medical care possible, and with limited availability, we could not provide the care your pet deserves in the time frame you needed. We are glad you were able to get needed care for your pet and hope all goes well.
simply put, they don't actually give the veterinary services charged for. Four visits for vaccinations for our cat and one time they actually gave him a shot. They also won't fix him even though their own veterinarian said he was old enough... because they can't communicate inside their own office. We have also been here for appointments that were unnecessary for our older cat and one of their techs caught it and fortunately we weren't fully charged, but they kept the deposit. But it doesn't look like we did anything wrong, we had seen your pet 3 times, the first time your pet was sick and needed medication and we won't neuter a sick pet, the following 2 times were for vaccines that you requested and you received those services.

Recommended2nd time boarding my dog here. Only downside is getting in touch with office staff to drop off/pick up. You must contact the vet office first, who will then contact someone at the boarding office to meet you. Unfortunately the automated message that answers is WAY too long before it gets to options and then office staff puts you on hold immediately. Having to wait 15+ minutes to only drop off and/or pick up is absurd IMO.
