I used to shampoo my berber carpet myself but was having trouble with getting my current corn based carpet cleaned. Used COIT pricey but very professional, friendly and left me feeling confident they knew what they were doing. Even sent me before and after pictures of cleaning the air ducts and when we found out how small the dryer vent was, saved me the charge and just cleaned it out easy peasy and they really took the time to help set me up as a new homeowner

In May 2016 I had a full set of dining room tables cleaned by the Cincinnati Coit office. The seats were thirty years old (just recently in my possession) and had significant appearance stains. Coit went above and beyond in cleaning my seats and ended up with a superb result - nary a stain left - thanks a ton!

When we moved into a 20 year old house we discovered 20 year old carpets with years of stains hidden by prior owners under fancy throw rugs. With a dog and a baby replacing carpet didn't make any sense for us. So we heard a sale ad on the radio and called COIT. The carpets look BRAND NEW! Two words. NEVER AGAIN. Sent a Roman shade with them to be cleaned. Came back... STILL soiled. Supposedly had ducts cleaned. Tech cut away one of my vents from the wall, damaging plaster, when vent simply lifted out. Had he asked me I would have shown him, but I gave him the benefit of knowing what he was doing. My mistake. That mistake then necessitated me paying my contractor $295.00 to correct the damage the Coit tech had done. I was told I would be reimbursed. Had COIT clean our ducts and they broke a mirrored dresser in our home. They didn't tell us when it happened and I continue to chase them for a remedy for fixing the piece of furniture. No follow up or responsibility for damage.

I'm not very happy with this company. I called and asked specifically if they can clean black edges around my new rental. The person on the phone told me there was an edge cleaning tool they will bring to clean those kind of marks. The carpet didn't need to be cleaned other than the edges. They sent out a tech from COIT of Covington. When the tech showed up he told me "that was customer service telling you that and they don't know what they're talking about". I do not recommend COIT Carpet Cleaning Services. I used them a few years back and the technician cleaned the carpet slowly, carefully, and did a great job, but not this time. This time there were streaks where carpet was missed and pet vomit stains remained because the technician went too fast. The technique was like speed vacuuming without care for the carpet texture and design-not like what you see in TV ads where they pull back the extraction wand slowly.
