I had sudden massive hearing loss, Colby fit me into his schedule and prescribed medication that cleared up the problem so I got my hearing back. I'd be happy to see him again, if occasion requires.
Colby took the time to explain my thyroid condition and answer all my questions. He emphasized the need to follow up with more lab work. He also did a great job communicating on this telehealth visit and I trust him and Dr. Anderson with my healthcare needs.
We needed to get in to an ENT quickly. Colby Mitchell made room for us in his schedule. He fixed a problem we were having with a nose that wouldn't quit bleeding (off and on for days). We are appreciative of his expertise, his excellent bedside manner, calming troubled nerves, and explaining the process. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.
