Terrie Price has the best responsiveness of anyone I work with. She always keeps me informed when something happens with my listing. Her knowledge of the market is very good. She told us we could get more for our house than we thought and it sold in 3 days. She shows her versatility by changing with the market when I might be stuck on past experiences. This allows me to get more for my property than I would without her and with Coldwell Banker, it sells faster.

Made buying selling extremely easy, Katherine helped us understand every step of process. We did a contingency sale, very tough process but made easy by Katherine.

Daniel Frisella is beyond awesome. He was professional and truly listened to our needs. He consistently went over and beyond during our search, even taking it upon himself to hand deliver our sales contract on a Saturday for signature, assisted us in unloading trailers into the garage due to the closing date being extended and personally mowing the lawn before we moved in!!! I have never experienced such excellent customer service. We will highly recommend Daniel to anyone searching for or selling a home. He is top notch!
