Brought my car in with a check engine light and what seemed like a transmission issue after having issues with it in the past. Coleman Taylor ran diagnostics, found it was wasn’t transmission related and gave me the computer codes with the issue and to just get a tune up. Compared to a Ford dealership I took my car to two months prior that charged me $250 for the diagnostics when I told them what the issue prior…a breath of fresh air. Can’t say enough good things about these folks. Dropped in unexpectedly at closing time on a trip back from Destin with only third gear. Jason took the time to give it a quick check, got us up to speed with a local car rental agency so we could finish our last 3 hours drive home, called and checked on us the next morning, worked with warranty on the transmission from another transmission builder, got us another unit in and installed and took all the headache out of it for us. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 45 years. Had them rebuild my transmission due to faulty junk by GM and they did so at a better price and better warranty. Out of just bad luck they replaced the valve body with one that didn't operate correctly. It happens. Called and reported the issue and it wasn't "Well what did YOU do". Highly recommend. I had the repair job from hell but CTT patiently walked with me through each step. Ultimately another system was causing the transmission malfunction even after rebuild. They honored their warranty and didn't pass the buck. The process was super frustrating but good to know that CTT had my back. Thanks for restoring my faith in mechanic shops.
