College Mall Vet is setting the bar for customer service in Bloomington during COVID-19. My puppy has been seen for shots / prescriptions / neutering. They answer their phone (actually something to note during COVID) and will answer questions with unending patience. I cannot sing the praises of College Mall vet loudly enough. Thank you for everything!!!

SO GRATEFUL for the level of care here. Even in the midst of this pandemic they are thorough, careful, smart, and caring. I brought my diva furbaby Jellybean (feline) for an emergency but fully intend to transition to CMVH for her regular care from here on. My most abundant thanks to Dr. Gibson and the entire team.

I decided to test the merit of the staff with my artless, earth-vexing barnacle of a cat, and they did not disappoint! I teased them with my sweetheart calico, Penelope, before thrusting the impudent codpiece, known as Baron, upon them. The veterinarian handled him with generous amounts of patience, and even after he had the gall to bend her smallest needle with his incessant flailing, she smiled at me and him with equal, kind determination. I take my 7 month old GSP here. It’s a long drive from my house and at first was only going to be temporary but I love this place and the staff are the best. I will continue coming here and will be taking my other dog here from now on as well.
