Colton did an amazing job explaining and going over everything with us. We were first time home buyers and he did such an incredible job walking us through the process.
Colton is absolutely amazing I’m so many ways. Professional, very knowledgeable, he makes himself available 24/7. From the first conversation to the very last one before closing I felt so comfortable being in his hands. Very quick and painless process. All because of Colton and Darryle. Darryle called every week to check in and let us know what was happening next. She was professional and so pleasant and sweet. I could go on and in. What a great team. Colton was readily available for any questions my husband and I had for him. For first time home buyers, there was a lot of added anxiety and stress throughout the experience, but with Colton’s help he mitigated much of that. Overall, great experience.

Colton was always so quick to answer and help whenever needed. He quickly turned into my emotional support as well as my loan adviser lol He was very clear and took his time explaining every step of the process making it smooth and easy! We had a quick 2 1/2 week close and he was on top of it every step of the way to ensure there was no delays. Colton is awesome and you can tell he’s very passionate about his job!
