Unpleasant staff, I did NOT like my experience here at all. Stay away! I tried several of the therapists and I did not feel as though they were geniune not the right fit for me. Mary the front desk, and several of the office receptionists caused so much chaos for me, harassing phone calls, leaving annoying voicemails, changing and canceling my appointment three times even though I booked cab rides to come. I was initially assigned one therapist, immediately given to someone else, told I could go back to the first one, then promptly ghosted by that initial therapist. Had appointment cancelled without notice, the receptionist was very apologetic and promised to get back to me. I had to call back myself two weeks later and go through the same dance between therapists again (if your therapists are only online, please make a note in their availability so that you don’t assign me to them then immediately cancel).
