I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Miller and the entire team at the Grandview location. Dr. Miller is absolutely amazing—she is kind, compassionate, attentive, and always makes me feel heard and genuinely cared for. Her nurses are just as wonderful, and the front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walk through the door. The lady at the check-in desk was so kind and warm in greeting me when I arrived! The interaction I had with her really stood out during my visit! Admittedly, I was disappointed because this is the second appointment I’ve had at this office where I noticed dried tan discharge on the exam light before the provider came in. I’m uncertain if the exam light is getting cleaned between patients. Thus, I’ve had use the cleaning wipes the past two appointments before my exam started. I received a text that I had to reschedule my appointment and mammogram. When I rescheduled I was told only my mammogram was rescheduled, I asked to have them both on the same day, but I had to go one day from dr appointment and a week later for the mammogram. Two trips. It was inconvenient for me..
