I was in and out very quickly and the nurse practitioner was very nice

Appointments are fast and easy. Every provider I've ever seen at the Grandview office has been personable and professional, and the front of office staff is alwayer super friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable here. When scheduling over the phone staff are not always as friendly and they are usually booked way out, but even its pretty easy and convenient.

Absolutely adore this practice! I work in healthcare, OhioHealth, so I am very aware of customer service touch points. From the moment you enter Columbus OB/Gyn it has a serene and relaxed atmosphere. Front desk is always pleasant, MA/ nurse, all wonderful. But i have to say my NP, Mary Casbora, is phenomenal! She is so genuinely interested in you as the whole person. She is kind, knowledgeable and a wealth of knowledge. She has helped me so much these last few years with menopause. Thank you to all of you!

I hate going to the doctor but the only reason it’s bearable is that Mary Casbarro is the gentlest, kindest person on the planet. She’s knowledgeable, skilled, and actually listens to you. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
