The service and bedside manner of the staff were excellent. The sonographer was very perceptive and sensitive of my emotional and physical needs. She helped me feel very comfortable. I would definitely like to return to this location sometime.

I think everyone did their best given the circumstances of not finding a heartbeat at 8 weeks. I do wonder if there’s opportunity to have a pregnancy loss packet for those that have experienced/are experiencing recurrent loss. It definitely hurt a little more to see the part about early losses typically being a one time thing when actively experiencing multiple.

Staff are friendly from the front desk to the person who did my vitals. I see one of the nurse practitioners, and I like her too. People there work as a team.
