Everything was pleasant during my mammogram and the exam with Dr Summers. The Grandview location is immaculately clean from the waiting room to the exam rooms. It’s very relaxing and projects a calming vibe for the entire appointment/and time scheduled for all exams. The only thing I can think of for possible improvement would be the wait time between mammogram and pelvic exam; myself and others had a substantial wait in between the two. Thank you!
I really liked the NP who I saw. She was wonderful and really seemed to listen and care about what I was saying. The ladies at the front desk were great too. Definitely felt comfortable there. My only complaint would be the amount of time I waited after getting into the exam room until the NP came in. Over 20 mins from when I was ready until the medical assistant peeked her head in the room to tell me I hadn’t been forgotten about and rhe NP would be in soon. Everyone is caring and helpful. Dr Sacolick is an amazing Dr and really cares for his patients. He's caring, listens and helps. I highly recommend him.

Just came in for a Prolia injection, staff friendly and helpful
I always feel safe. The staff are all very helpful and kind.
Doctor and staff were all excellent and provided great comfort. Not sure why item not in stock was sent to a pharmacy for me rather that ordered for the office. While this extra cost was not a major issue for me to pay it out of pocket since it is not covered by insurance, but this could present a major challenge for someone with a lesser ability cover the extra cost.
