called concerning a issue of importance, and the scheduling or nurse hotline, the one who forwarded my message to my doctors nurse assist. was more than pleasant. My doctors nurse called and was very helpful in getting the details of situation to relay to my doctor. I felt very comfortable speaking with Shannon as I am a new patient and have only met with my doctor once. I believe that she accessed my situation and I am pleased with her at tentativeness in the matter.
