With the scarcity of available housing for seniors in Fort Collins, this is a coup to have the opportunity of this beautiful housing development! The developers have done an amazing job of trying to adjust their plans, accommodate issues of neighbors, & still plan for a beautiful, living area for seniors. This is a no-brainer! I hope the Planning & Zoning Board will give it 10 stars!!! Kudos to McDermott & Comcap!
