The customer service at Comforts of Home was good. The correspondence from Comforts of Home about the status of the special order furniture was what I expect from a retailer. The order took LazyBoy 6 months to produce, due to material shortages. We are satisfied with the product.

We purchased two recliners. Was undecided on the color, but went with the brown as we have a dog and didn’t think the light tan would work. Well the brown didn’t go with our other furniture, actually clashed. Called the next morning and spoke to Tanna, she was so helpful and knowledgeable, and asked if we wanted to switch out the brown chairs for the tan and we said yes. The tan chairs were delivered that same day and we love them. They have a lot of beautiful furniture and all the salespeople are so nice and helpful. ... read more
