When I didn't hear a response for my refill I went in and asked about it. They saw no record from the doctor and called to inquire. The pharmacy tech discovered my doctor had accidentally sent my script to the wrong fax number and worked with the office over the phone to get the approval. Without her help I would have waited several days to pick up my cream. Instead she texted me shortly after that it was ready to go. Great service!
