When you go to check out, sales agreement doesn’t exist. They don’t answer their email (info at communitylands dot com) either when asked. I’ve followed up three times now. I looked up the MA properties they have, none of them are vacant (please use the registry of deeds to confirm!). Somethings not right and if leaving a poor review like that gets answers, NOT GOOD.
This is a new company using the Community Lands name. The company at any time can sell the note/loan to any investor interested in your land. Based on their website, the company allows customers to assume that we can contract/pay monthly for land, but when money is needed to support the business, they will sell the note/contract/land at anytime to any investor that is interested in obtaining the note.
