I hate calling places to cancel services, but I did that today for a refugee family in my church. Melissa was kind and professional, and in NO WAY made me feel guilty . She didn't ask questions or make any comments that suggested I was making a mistake. She made the process as convenient as she could for me. That rates as a 5-star employee in my book!
