I got right in and right out! Got a steroid shot for an upper respitory virus and felt better by the time I got home! Everyone was very nice, efficient, and informative! I will be back!
Upon arrival I told the front desk I was experiencing chest pain. She immediately got the nurse to come room me, the dr had the tech do an EKG stat. Everyone was working together as a team. Dr Blankenship bedside manner is AMAZING. The staff was awesome as well. They made sure I was comfortable, if I needed anything, explained everything they where about to do. Dr Blankenship did a very thorough exam before releasing me.
The staff was very professional and friendly.
They were fast and got me right in with vitals and questions done right away followed by X-ray of rolled ankle. Very courteous.
The Dr saw me in good timing and was very caring and understanding, knowledgeable . The nurses were great too. Thank you for helping me
Everyone was so attentive and listened to my symptoms. The Dr actually uncovered an issue that had been ongoing for years, but nobody listened to and it was beginning to cause other issues. Now with meds and follow up with my regular Dr, I can hopefully start feeling better and feeling normal instead of having chronic pain. The Dr also exhibited bedside manner that ALL Dr’s need to be shown again. The one of compassion and empathy. So many Dr’s have lost that.
Everyone was competent and very nice.
Evveryone was personable and professional, even though it was the end of their shift. The Dr. is amazing! I would go here regularly if I could.
