I came in on a Sunday early evening and was the only person there or at least in the waiting room. From start to finish my experience was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. They kept me informed throughout my 6 hours there and did all they could to ensure I was comfortable. The facility is very clean and well-kept. It's a great alternative to the big hospital ERs.
The staff is all very friendly, fast and take the time to explain everything. Will definitely be going back if I need medical attention!
