Facility was clean and professional staff. Each person involved with my care introduced themselves by name. Doctor was thorough. I highly recommend this facility for prompt reliable care. I received a diagnosis, lab work, I.V. and instruction for after care in two hours. Thank you to the staff.

Went to Complete Care on De Zavala after testing positive for COVID. I filled out the papear work and shortly thereafter a nurse checked me for my vitals. Soon after the doctor came in and affirmed my COVID status and stated the medications she was going to give me. A few minutes later, the nurse came in with the prescriptions and I was done!! Everything was handled very professionally and expeditiously from the whole staff!! Thank you Complete Care!! I’m recovering very well!!

Walked in and was checked in promptly. Waited about 5 minutes and taken by nurse to room and questioned about issue. Nurse was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Doctor came in about 4 minutes later. Diagnosed issue, suggested treatment, wrote prescriptions, and had me out in about 15 minutes. I felt very good about promptness and abilities of both doctor and nurse. Supporting staff at reception was great too!

You guys were great. I appreciated knowing the upfront cost and the cost was reasonable. I didn't feel taken advantage of by the cost. The staff was very nice, professional and caring. You guys took care of me when I needed it. One thing though, it was freezing in there, but other than that, you were great. I will most definitely keep Complete Care in mind if I need medical attention again in the future. Thank you for being good to me.

Staff at Complete Care was amazing! From start to finish! Sara in front desk, Dr. Cebe, Nurses Nancy & Casey and Elizabeth were all accommodating and hospitable. They all made sure I had what I needed to start feeling better, which I did! Thanks Complete Care DeZavala! Y’all are the BEST! Highly Recommended!
