From walking in the door to leaving & being transported to hospital this staff was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable, caring , supportive and understanding.

Once again, Tyler Complete Care did an amazing job! Quiet comfortable facility with minimal wait time. The physician and nursing staff were extremely attentive along with active listening. NO RUSH! The follow up call 2 days later, along with a mailed note thanking me for using their services was beyond anything I expected! Highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Kang and Nurse Javier were wonderful. I appreciated their prompt care and concern for my hiking injury. I left knowing how to care properly for my wound to allow it to heal well. Would highly recommend this facility for the medical skills and empathy. For some reason, my insurance couldn’t be billed on the weekend and their office has yet to follow up with me on whether or not they were successful in submitting a claim.

Staff was very professional and thorough! They communicated throughout the entire process which made for a more comfortable experience. All test results were back within a short period of time. Doctor and staff were thorough in their explanation of diagnosis and treatment. Seems like a place with a great “Team” atmosphere.

Dr. Williams was very informative and helped me understand issues I was feeling. I came here for a second opinion because I didn't have a great experience at another urgent care clinic. Love how I can always speak with someone if I have any questions and I'm not referred to a 1800 number.
