I’m not from the Ft. Worth area and have used this facility before . The front desk was very nice . Dr. Was also nice . The RN that took my vitals was not very pleasant , perhaps she was having a bad day but I was a patient and not feeling well. The nurse could have come across pleasant and friendlier . My cough still continued and called my Dr. In San Antonio the following day and was prescribed antibiotics and some steroids that eventually took care of my respiratory problem . I have used Complete CARE Camp Bowie for a number of years for my family’s urgent care needs. We have always had excellent medical care with kind and compassionate medical providers. I have always been seen quickly with IV meds and injections given in a very timely manor. The 1-2 hour trip here is nothing compared to a 10 hour trip to a large hospital.

Great experience, always great service that’s why I am a repeat customer . I like their prompt service, attention, customer care and they’re always right.
