Very quick, clean and precise. The staff was excellent in calming down my 5 yo and assuring her everything was going to be okay. I was very pleased with the staff!
The entire process and staff were great. No wait to be seen and the care I received was second to none. From the nurses during intake to the great care provided by Dr. Le. I immediately felt better following my visit.
It was amazing, they listened to me. They performed all test to make sure nothing was unchecked. They even did a pregnancy test on me. They walked me through each medicine and how I was gonna feel, so I wasn’t scared. I was there for a good 2 hours but only because I was hooked up to a saline bag and needed to wait about 45 mins for my scans to come back. Overall, it was a great experience. Suffered from allergies for a few weeks. Called Vic's on Bee Caves, Austin TX on Sunday Oct 2, around 10 am. Was seen immediately. Very efficient parallel check-in process! 1.) Competent front desk (Mariah?) 2.) Competent nurse (female) 3.) Competent doctor (Cluadia Guzman) Treated and payed cash (amount the price of a nice dinner for two), the cost was 1/2 of what they projected before arriving.The whole process was an hour including driving home. Everyone was very professional. The person removing my stitches missed one. The lighting in the exam room was poor. I'm surprised she didn't miss more.
