Very kind and thorough doctor, great nurses and receptionist made this experience painless and easy. There was no wait so I was seen promptly and all my concerns were addressed.
Was very nice to walk in this care center with no wait time! From the front desk personal, nurse and all the way up to the Dr all were welcoming, thorough, answered all my questions, treated me with care not just like another patient and made sure I fully understood my symptoms, diagnoses and treatment. Only points off is the Price to pay out-of-pocket for a test was a bit pricey.
Janna was great, speedy check in and very helpful. Dr Le is always so knowledgeable and considerate to not subject my child to unnecessary radiation. Sam the nurse was also very help. The rad tech as well. Overall it was an A plus experience per usual.
I have four children, so I’ve been to Tyler Complete Care multiple times over the past several years and have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen a few reviews with complaints about costs, but compared to other urgent care facilities, clinics, and ERs, their cost is much lower and very reasonable. Many people complain about $200, 300, even 600 for care but don’t fret about paying that for entertainment. Receiving quality medical care is worth paying for. Very friendly staff, nurses and doctor. Great care! My family all goes to this clinic because of great care.
Great service in and out in less than 1 hour. Great staff. Excellent treatment. If ever you have an emergency these are the people to have on your side. Thanks for everything including the after care follow up.

Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring. Facility was clean and there was very little wait time.
Awesome experience!! In and out of the office in 30mins the doctor treated my ear infection Awesome!! Within 3 hours of leaving the clinic I was out of pain and 3 days later I'm doing great....Thank you!!
