Very good. Great attention to customer service. I was impressed.
I have been to Vic complete several times. Each time I had a great experience. The staff is courteous,competent and caring. There is no comparison of Vic complete with any other urgent care that I used before. Vic has emergency care equipment in house. On my last visit I had a cat scan. Vic has handled every thing for me, from high blood pressure to shingles to irritated nerve pain. . .

Everyone — the front desk clerk, the nurse, the x-ray technician, and Dr Roth — could not have been more professional, courteous and caring. They made what was an inherently scary situation for me into a pleasant, reassuring one. I am very grateful.
Everyone from the front desk staff to the docs in the back were very kind and courteous. They were engaged in our visit and were genuinely concerned about our health. We will definitely return in the future if ever we need medical assistance.
