My husband and I are still in shock at how fantastic this ER is. From Holly who answered all of our questions when we called, then made our checking in effortless, to the amazing nurses and doctor Solley who treated us with compassion, respect, and actually listened to what we had to say. When we walked out of the office we both said we wished this was our primary care office because they are outstanding in every way. Absolutely exceptional! My severely autistic son needed medical care and because of his sensory issues and poor communication skills- doctor visits can be extremely difficult. Every single staff member at Alamo Heights Emergency Clinic was kind, patient, and respectful of his needs. They went out of their way to make sure that his experience was a stress free as possible. We were seen quickly, doctor was thorough, and treatment successful. Highly recommend!!
