Dr Greggory was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff. It was quick and efficient. My son was not scared to get an IV when he normally is and they helped him remain calm and comfortable. We always come here for all of our emergencies.

From coming in the door to leaving, my experience has always been excellent at Tyler Complete Care and today was no different. Dr. Juan was very caring and thorough and Sarah was a great nurse. Radiology and front desk folks great, too!
Quentin at check in could not have been nicer. When you’re not feeling well, even the littlest task is confusing and he got me through the process quickly so I could see the doctor. Ryan, the nurse, was as efficient as ever. He completed the necessary tests for the correct diagnosis, and explained each test as he was administering them. The doctor was very thorough and explaining her evaluation of my condition. So glad you have this facility available.

At two times I have had emergencies, one led to hospitalization, the other identified I had cancer. Both times, it was easy to immediately see a doctor and have complete testing there without waiting at ER in a hospital. It is quiet, clean, and immediate personal attention.
