I checked in and was quickly taken back for evaluation. My care team were kind , professional and really took time to understand what symptoms I was experiencing. Everyone from check in staff, to my nurse and Dr Bates made my experience very positive in spite of how bad I was feeling.

Dr McDonald (I think) that was his name) takes excellent care of me. He’s very attentive and not judgmental. A lot of docs have made me feel intimidated and he’s just sweet as can be.

I was afraid i was having another stroke ( BP 193/116 avg over past 2 days)...i was cared for quickly and THOROUGHLY! I felt like someone cared vs being treated like "just another Medicare number". Theresa (RN) and Dr De La Cruz were fabulous!
