I had been here once before and was happy with the staff. My second visit was just as good! We have 3 ER establishments up in our area (we live near Montgomery Plaza) , but because my first and second experience was so good, I’ve decided to continue using your business as my emergency clinic.

Dr. Gregory and all the staff were outstanding. Through thorough tests and their expertise, they quickly diagnosed me with bacterial pneumonia and headed off what would have quickly become a big problem. They also got me feeling better quickly by getting me on an IV. The Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights provides a tremendous service to our community!

Fantastic doctors, nurses and staff. Very clean and welcoming clinic and we felt comforted being able to be seen without an appointment. The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star was because we were there for 3 hours. I understand that several tests had to be done to diagnose and we weren’t the only patient there, but this was a long time. It was also freezing, we had to locate blankets during the wait. The nurse was also really aggressive with the Covid test, she gave my daughter a nose bleed.

Fantastic team who were polite, caring, efficient and very professional. They took care of my injury right away. The facility is the cleanest of all ERs I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to RN Traci Thompson, Dr. Zeballos, XRay tech Ivy Hill who was careful not to cause more pain to my injury, and front office Gina Garcia who expedited the registration and insurance processing. Love this place!
