I am recovering from a severe episode with Covid for which I recently spent a month in the hospital. I have episodic odd symptoms generally handled by my PCP but this go around was severe enough that I needed help on a weekend. My ER experiences had been highly variable so I ventured to try Complete Care. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone there. Dr Gregory is amazing. It was a very busy morning in the ER, but she made me feel like I was the only patient in the place. The staff were also fantastic. Fast and efficient, I had my COVID PCR results in under an hour, got necessary treatment, and left very satisfied. Thanks Alamo Heights Emergency.
