The nurse and doctor were wonderful. They had us in and out in a few minutes!

Everyone very respectful and personable, including doctor. Waited to be called back a little longer than I would have expected as we were the only ones there. But it was really only 20-30 minutes I think. Once back, it moved quickly and smoothly. Dr made a comment at the very beginning that my son and I thought was a tad bit tone deaf but he quickly recovered and made me feel totally comfortable and was very understanding and attentive. Luckily it was not busy when I arrived. I was taken back almost immediately. Staff was very nice and professional. They were able to do the scans I needed to diagnose my issue, and give me the treatment and care to get me back home.

I needed to be seen after an MVA. The staff were kind, efficient and clear about procedures the clinic follows with an MVA. Both the tech and the doc were supportive, helpful and thorough. My husband and I both have had very good experiences at the Emergency Clinic at Alamo Heights
