I needed to be seen after an MVA. The staff were kind, efficient and clear about procedures the clinic follows with an MVA. Both the tech and the doc were supportive, helpful and thorough. My husband and I both have had very good experiences at the Emergency Clinic at Alamo Heights

The process was easy receptionist was very professional, but kind. Dr. was friendly and was helpful for what I needed. On the other hand the woman’s that took my vitals never looked me in the eye. She could have tried just a little bit to be nice.

The PA was extremely smart, all the employees including the one who helped me out of my vehicle were all great They attended to me in a quick and professional manner with a quick recovery.

Very forthcoming with information. A bit of wait time getting in, but once in the nurse and doctor were wonderful. Listened to my concerns and treated according. Return to work papers provided before I asked for them. Wonderful staff.
