Staff was very kind and fast. I went in for a broken toe and was in and out in about an hour with X-Rays included. Alamo Heights Emergency Clinic is always my go-to when it comes to care.

Was visiting family from out of town when had to abruptly go to ER. Best experience I ever had at an ER. Quick to get me in and complete a very thorough exam.

Excellent. Check in is quick and smooth, except for the forms, but that's always necessary. Saw the PA within 15 minutes, got my foot Xray and evaluated in short order and released with at home treatment guidance and what to look for signs and symptoms and a follow up as needed. Good job.

Cecil the RN , Chrissy the Rad tech and both doctors were amazing Morgan the front desk clerk was super sweet and very professional . They were all so busy and working so hard but took care of my needs even if they weren’t as severe as others . I’m thankful that I feel much better now . I could go anywhere else but I go here because I know they are the best !
