Very warm and friendly staff who worked quickly and efficiently, they made me feel well cared for. They checked on me many times and asked if I needed anything.

Staff were informative about the wait time. Nursing was thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do as far as testing. The Dr was informative with my test results and what I needed to do to get well. All in all I would choose the LV Urgent Care over having to wait hours just to be seen by my PCP. Had a late night Urgent care visit 3 weeks ago on a weekend They had qualified staff ready and all the knowledge /equipment needed to make sure I was taken care of. They diagnosed exactly what was going on in rare medical experience that I had never heard of or foreseen. Because of their expertise I have made a full recovery thanks to how quickly they assessed and addressed what was going on, literally a life saving experience! Thank you 🙏
