The urgent care center and staff were outstanding. We were in Fort Worth for the livestock show when Nathan got sick. The staff got him diagnosed and medications as needed to get him going We had an awesome experience.

Jason, Irine, and Dr. Obregon were all very caring and thorough, and explained every service they performed, which was comforting during my visit to the SOUTHLAKE Complete Care facility. Front desk person, Mary, was efficient & expedited my visit. I would definitely recommend this facility for medical needs.

The most efficient, pleasant urgent care visit I've ever had, bar none! Brooke and Brittany (or maybe her name is Brandy... something that starts with a B) operate the front desk like a well-oiled machine. The nurse and doctor asked the right questions to get to the correct diagnosis quickly. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and kind. The facility was welcoming and clean.
