I took my daughter to the clinic at 4 am because a allergic reaction that she has and the dr and the ppl in the reception area were really diligent to help her. Thanks so much.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Nurses had trouble finding the correct brace for my knee and trouble putting it on, but a very positive friendly place. They are listed under urgent care, so thought I was going to urgent care not emergency room. I had already been dropped off before I realized it was an emergency room, so it cost me extra since it wasn't urgent care.

Usually people don't like going to the emergency rooms or urgent care centers but, I was glad I ended up going to TLC Complete Care. From the time I walked in the doors the staff was very professional and kind. Other than having to wait for the nurse to call me back and waiting to see Dr. Yard, I really didnt have to wait that long. As far as I know there is a tv in each exam room so, you can watch pretty much whatever you like if you get a little restless waiting.
