Fossil Creek Complete Care is a great place to go if you need emergency care and it is open 24 hours a day. I was treated by all staff with courtesy and professionalism. Dr. Don Crawford has a very good bedside manner and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to care for me. Don Crawford is a wonderful doctor, I wish he had a private practice because I would definitely go to him for future medical needs.

The first and foremost concern when it comes to medical situations is timing. I can not overstate the readily available services that the staff provides. All the staff (KC, Josh, Emily) were pleasant, professional, and efficient; they are so human and sympathetic. Dr. Hoefle is excellent, thorough, and so kind and reassuring. The best minor emergency care facility you could hope for.
