The customer is not always right My sofa arrived and I had several issues with the fabric. I was never offered a scotchgard and thought this was an honest mistake on their part. However, everything sticks to the fabric, it is full of static electricity and the kick out mechanism did not operate correctly. When I asked complete suite to help me out with these issues they said it is not thier policy to refund or replace any merchandise and I would just have to live with my satisfaction.
