Physician bedside manner wasn't up to the office standards. I have been a patient of Dr.Marshall a very long time. Who was an exceptional Physician. Dr Walker bedside manner was horrible. I will be seeing someone else from now on. Dr Marshall no longer does primary care. She has upgraded to Concierge care. I'm a widow and can't afford the fee. I loved the bedside manner Dr. Marshall used to provide. Dr. Walker won't refill a Rx unless you see her. Totally asinine.
As always the staff, from the receptionist to the medical assistants are kind and courteous. Dr. Marshall genuinely listens to and addresses my concerns. I have been a patient of hers for many, many years. She is an exceptional PCP!
I was very pleased with this practice from the front desk, med technicians, nurses, physician assistant, and of course the Doctors. Leonora and Derek are kind, understanding and very hospitable at the front desk. Danielle one of the nurses there was very thorough and attentive. This was my first visit and the greeting from the front desk employee (Silver Spring office) immediately was warm and welcoming and professional. The ambiance of the office is very attractive and calm. Everyone had a smile and their voices were kind. My first visit with NP Chi was comforting, the way she listened to me& gave feed back made me feel like she sincerely wanted to get to know me. Had a lovely first visit here! I just moved to the area and needed a new primary care doctor ASAP. They fit me right in! Everyone in this office was warm, friendly, welcoming, and kind. Really looking forward to establishing an ongoing relationship with this clinic!
