RecommendedYou guys worked dilagently to find out what was wrong with my laptop. Then gave me credit towards new laptop for services rendered, as it was more cost effective to upgrade since this one was so old and the hardware was much more that what the thing was worth and I new that. They moved all my stuff to the new laptop as well. So much happier that I came here rather that the other big place that I will not mention.
