Extraordinary small town customer service. Management and employees know customers names. My boyfriend and I are repeat customers due to the outstanding staff and quality products at ComputerXpress. The prices are even reasonable. We’ve purchased a Mac desktop we are extremely satisfied. I was even able to sweet talk the gentleman in charge to give me the Mac desktop with the legit Apple mouse! I brought my computer in because I had spilled some liquid on the keyboard. I waited a little longer than I should have. I first called where I purchased the laptop and they recommend ComputerXpress. I called them and it was 20 minutes before they were closing. He said to bring it on up. Steve was very straight forward and professional.
