They are amazing, there is just no other way of saying it. My son started here at 5 years and loves them. He just got his braces (now 12yr) and STILL loves them (lol). Dr. Achong is phenomenal, his interaction with kids is beyond works. A+ care :)
Wonderful place for the kids very friendly and love the different color rooms and love how they have a toothpaste trail to all the different color rooms
Love the New London office!!! Dr Field was amazing with both of my kids, especially my son with autism and a unilateral cleft lip and palate. Understood his special needs very well handled his lack of cooperation and discomfort about having his mouth touched. Dr. Fields remained calm, compassionate and understanding through the whole visit and didn't force himself on my son. Very important with any child special needs or not. :-)
My last experience here was horrible. My daughter needed work done and it was awful. I left unsure if I wanted to ever return. I thought I'd wait it out. I have 4 children that go together for cleanings. Today we went back for our 6 month cleaning. I was on edge and unsure what to expect and so was my 5 year old daughter. She even asked if we were going to see "the mean dentist". We were met by this hygienist with a smile. My daughter immediately started crying and was very anxious.
