As a customer of a residential home, I highly do NOT recommend Concrete Resurfacing. Poor craftsmanship ship and do not stand by what they say. We had flooding in our basement and decided to go with stain concrete instead of carpet or LPV. The company presentative said that he can fill in divots and imperfection in the concrete but could not help with cracking. We understood and agree. They made a lot of promises to get the sale that they didn't keep when it came to the warranty after their job was done. They did not act responsibly as a general contractor and tried to gave me pursue the subcontractor they selected to make good after the job failed. Recommend you avoid this company.
They made a complete mess out of our porch floor. Instead of acid stain it looks like paint was spilled and half-way cleaned up with rags. Not what I would call a professional job by any stretch of the imagination. Another company has to now try and fix what they did. The owner Mike made the situation even worse with his lack of customer service and stories that he makes up. We would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone!
