I wish I could give them a 4.9 but I can't. After renting from Elliott Realty the last 7 years we found last year our unit was no longer managed by them and we had to go through Condo World. We are pretty particular about our unit. I would give Condo World the edge in every area except one. We always leave from 7 hours away early to drive there and for 7 years we have been able to check in by 12:30-1:00 pm (I know official check in time is 3 or 4 technically) and last year it was after 4 before we got checked in. Other than that what more can you ask for? Everyone was super nice and prompt once our unit was ready. We had no issues while there and everything was awesome so we didn't have to contact anyone for service. Due to work we had to change our reservation twice and both times they were happy to help. Would definitely be a 5 star review if we didn't have to kill 4 hours waiting on our unit to be ready. I know we were early but after 7 years of our unit being ready a few hours prior to "official" check in time with the other management company we have grown used to it. We called and let them know we would be early and after so many years renting the same unit the same week I guess they spoiled us. Already reserved this year through Condo World again and we just will not get up so early this year but we relish every moment we can relaxing in the sand!

Very nicely decorated condo, with plenty of room. Only 40 units, thus was not overly crowded. Nice & relaxing! Thanks!

We stayed at Tidemaster 903. The process of picking and dropping off the keys was great. I knew from the pictures that the condo was dated, but I think whomever is in charge of maintenance and upkeep should take a look around. The shower head needs repair because the water flow from the shower head was slow and water was spitting out of the faucet down below which made the water pressure slow. The pots and pans are in desperate need of replacement. The pans are old Teflon (which I think has been outlawed) which has been scraped down through the pans. Overall cleanliness was good not great though! I would expect it to be much cleaner (esp. the bathroom) since I am the one paying the cleaning fees for the next person. Also, we had to leave a day early to drive back to Charleston since we had a 6 a.m. flight the next day. When I dropped off the keys I told the clerk that I was dropping off a day early and she did not ask why or how our stay was. I found that odd that she did not. We had a comfortable stay and loved the price and being on the ocean so that was what we came for, but I hope you take my light criticism to heart. Thanks for your time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well-'equipped. The only problem I noticed was peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. We stayed at The Ashworth, which was having some elevator problems. Other than that great location.
