Works great and easy to use!
The app has served its purpose but there should be an identifying factor on the main claims page indicating there is an issue with a claim. Right now it just looks as if there is no issue and everything is paid until you go further into the claims.
Easy to use, and 100000% better than old methods to get reimbursed for expenses.
I am very pleased with this app because it’s really easy and user friendly to get things done.
This app makes the claims process very easy and reimbursement is very fast. Sometimes the documents say they didn’t upload when they did. And other times it says they didn’t upload, and they really didn’t. It makes it a bit frustrating to know if the claim is actually going to be processed. But they usually work themselves out anyway. It is nice to be able to see balances at a glance and to start and finish a claim in a matter of minutes.
