Connie helped me through the entire process. Even after my closing she still said I could reach out if I need to.
I would like to say when interacting with everyone that handled my refinance they were pleasant, but I feel that the communication could of been better. There were times that I was not made aware of what was going on or what was needed until I followed up. Communication amongst the team members as well could be improved. Overall I'm pleased and thankful that every thing worked out the way that it did.
Connie is simply a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, fast to respond, and I would recommend my friends and family to her!

I'm very satisfied with Connie Ramsay's works. She did a great job and always answer my questions. I will always use her for my mortgage's needs. I trust her. I recommended her to several my friends and coworkers. I just want to give my opinion for her staff (processor), I think that her staff must be careful to check her email very often to see update information from clients, before her staff asks documents to clients. If not, it will make clients confused, stressed and upset. The closing is on time.
Connie and her team were wonderful. They answered my phone calls everytime I called nomatter the time of day.
Connie Ramsay and the team are very professional and friendly making sure every needed form was processed correctly before my refinancing was processed. I must admit I became frustrated at time but felt at ease with the help from same especially when Nick came to my home to pick up a document to expedite the closing.
