Dishonest and Unprofessional. I was quoted a window price and paid a deposit. Days later I received a call and was told that they couldn't do the window because I wanted clear glass. I said the glass could be tinted and they said they still couldn't do the window. When I asked if they just quoted too low, they admitted they had. I asked them not to lie to me, and to refund my deposit, which they had already cashed.
Honest, Reputable Company – Met with Cody in our home on 5/26/09. A pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgable with his productline and was not the high pressure type of saleman. I dont really agree with sign tonight for the best price deal, but I understand why it's done. The price agreed upon for the windows and installation was fair so we signed. Now for the twist.
