I would definitely recommend Lee as a lender, he was beyond helpful and was available whenever we needed him. He answered all of our questions, whenever we had them. He was extremely patient and understanding throughout the process of our home purchase. As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better lender.
I used Mr. Abraham Ohanian to do my refinance and once again he exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, efficient, ethical and "present" throughout the entire process. Mr. Ohanian is a superb professional.
Ellen was a great resource. This is my first time purchasing a home. She assisted me in providing everything that I needed (documents) to get my loan prepared and patiently explained the process to me in a simplistic form where I can grasp the understanding of what was going to happen and what to expect. As a first time home buyer, my wife and I had no idea about the process of home buying. We were very lucky to have Danny as our Loan Officer, everything was well explained from the beginning till the end. He was always there for us to answer all our questions. He made us comfortable and make sure everything gets done through out the process. Abraham is a damn magician. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. You simply cannot ask for a better Mortgage Banker. The man knows his stuff and delivers the goods, every time.
Abraham is such a kind man. He had the patience to sit and explain things to me that I did not understand and helped to do things step by step to make sure the loan with through without any problems. I am a bit older and English is not my first language. None of that mattered, Abraham is great!
