Extremely helpful, easy to reach even beyond his normal work hours. Kept up with everything and felt like he went above and beyond. He also knew our lawyer so it made for a very smooth process from start to finish. As always, hiccups happened during the whole mortgage process and he was there to sort through it and reach out to the necessary people.
